Multiple Credit Union and Branch Processing |
The system supports branch and multiple credit union processing. Branch offices can be directly connected to the main office on-line or by remote dial-up; either option incorporates full feature service. Complete branch cost center reporting through general ledger is also a feature. Multiple credit union processing is available with on-line shared terminal ability. Enterprise security provides full lock-out protection for each credit union. In addition, each credit union has independent reporting capabilities.
Windows |
Screen windows supply the user with quick, easy access to multiple screens of information. An on-line help facility provides detailed user and system information.
Service Charges |
With the Enterprise System, you have many options that allow you both end-of-month and concurrent service charge capability.
End-of-month service charges can be applied to draft accounts, ATM accounts, phone transfers, mailed checks, VISA and MasterCard accounts, and designated suffixes.
These types of service charges include:
Draft Accounts
- Minimum balance
- Flat fee
- Per transaction
- Number free plus per transaction
- Any above combination
ATM Accounts
- Minimum balance
- Flat fee
- Per transaction
- Number free plus per transaction
- Any above combination
Phone Transfers
- Minimum balance
- Flat fee
- Per transaction
- Number free plus per transaction
- Any above combination
Mailed Check
- Per transaction
- Number free plus per transaction
VISA / Mastercard
- Flat fee
Designated Suffixes
- Minimum balance
- Flat fee
- Per transaction
- Number free plus per transaction
- Any above combination
With designated suffix service charges, the credit union selects suffixes for which a minimum balance must be kept.
The "number free plus per transaction" option lets you designate a number of free transactions before charges are assessed per transaction.
Concurrent service charges, which assess a fee when the transaction is posted, involve ATM and point of sale transactions. The system allows for differentiation between transactions encountered through either a primary or secondary network. It enables you to assess either a minimum balance or per transaction service charge for primary or secondary transactions.
With either end-of-month or concurrent service charges, qualifiers can be specified to automatically exempt the qualified group from fee assessment.
Our service charge packages are designed with flexibility in mind. You choose options that best fit your needs.
Disaster Recovery |
Disaster recovery planning is an increasingly important consideration. Regulatory requirements demand that credit unions develop comprehensive and tested disaster recovery plans. The Enterprise System offers versatile disaster recovery options that meet compliance standards.
A comprehensive disaster recovery plan minimizes potential economic loss and disruption of daily operations in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In today's competitive market, it is crucial that such events be anticipated and planned for. Let Datamatic help your credit union be prepared for these situations.
Security |
Enterprise's security allows credit union management to define what menus, screens, and options each staff member will be able to access. Overall system access is controlled at log-in. Each staff member has access to only only those menus for which they have been approved.
Management can restrict access to certain accounts by requiring a supervisory override before any inquiry or transaction takes place on those accounts.
Limits can be set for each staff member that specify the maximum transaction amount they can process or issue for a loan. Other limits may be set as well.
